Merdeka Gala Dinner 2018

The Merdeka Gala Dinner of the Australian Malaysian Business Council (SA) is an annual charity fundraising event which brings together over 250 participants ranging from corporate representatives, government representatives from Malaysia and Australia, institutional leaders, to prominent entrepreneurs across South Australia.

The Merdeka Gala Dinner 2018 will be held on 25 August 2018 at the Adelaide Convention Center to raise funds for a deserving cause.

This year, AMBC supports The Epilepsy Centre (www.epilepsycentre.org.au), an Australian organisation committed to providing quality, caring services to people living with epilepsy and improving community awareness and attitudes since 1976.

Since the annual Merdeka Gala Dinner is also a significant event to commemorate and celebrate the Malaysian Independence Day, it features the Merdeka Awards to outstanding final year Malaysian students completing university studies in Adelaide.
